The Oluwo of Iwoland, Oba Abdulrasheed Akanbi has stirred mixed reactions online as he ditches the traditional royal outfit while walking in a shopping mall in London.

Naija News reports that the traditional ruler took to his Instagram page to share a video of him without any palace guards and rocking a simple native outfit.

According to Oba, many people were looking at him in amazement, he however noted that kings are people too.

He wrote: “A Paramount Ruler taking a walk in the Mall to the amazement of many but Kings are people too.”

The video caused a stir among his followers while some dared him to walk in such a manner in a Nigerian mall others claim that nobody cares about kings abroad.
